Returns and Exchanges
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
More of Me gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. To receive a refund your return must be postmarked no more than 14 days from the date UPS delivers the package to you and must contain a Return Authorization number. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. Please contact More of Me for a Return Authorization number via email: love@moreofmematernity.com You must write “Return Request” in the subject line of your email to ensure it makes it to us. Please include a copy of your invoice and write the Return Authorization number on the outside of your package. Send your return via US Mail, Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx to:

We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Be sure to get a tracking number or insurance for your return in the event the package is lost or misdirected. Returns received without an Return Authorization number or beyond the allotted time will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense. Please allow 10-15 business days from the time item is received to process refund.
ONE MORE TIME, MAMAS. The rules for returning your More of Me purchase:

3) Your garments must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
4) You are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
5) Please include your original invoice inside the box and mark the outside with your Return Authorization number.

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM
To receive an exchange your package must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached.
To exchange an item please contact More of Me for an Exchange Authorization number via email at love@moreofmematernity.com Please include: “Exchange Request” in the subject line of your email. We will ship your new item once we receive the item you would like exchanged. If you would like to expedite your exchange we can charge your card and ship the new item at the time of your email, and issue a refund to your card once we receive your exchange item.
ONE MORE TIME, MAMAS. The rules for exchanging your More of Me purchase:

4) Orginial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will be charged additional shipping and handling charges for every new order, including exchanges.
